While we confine our practice within the firm to California law, we have frequent dealings with the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, and other countries in Europe, the Middle East, Australasia, South America and Asia, either representing clients from these regions in transactions or litigation in the USA, or liaising with international counsel on behalf of U.S.
We have many years of experience in our respective fields, and have practiced with some of the world’s leading law firms. Three of us were born in the United Kingdom or Ireland, and two of us are qualified as barristers in England and Wales. We are all admitted to practice law in California.
